He worked as a Japanese cook in numerous restaurants in Canada, Japan, and China, acquiring a wealth of traditional Japanese cuisine skills. Sushi Star has been famous for mixing Japanese sushi and B.B.Q style under one roof; the delicate balance between warm and cold tastes will change your view of an ordinary Japanese restaurant. They offer over 300 items, including fresh salmon sashimi, white tuna, shrimp tempura, Japanese-style fried rice, and Udon noodles. They also have a variety of party trays. Sushi Stars also has high chairs, accepts debit cards, and has a private lot parking facility.

The restaurant has a pink and purple interior, a cherry blossom-patterned ceiling, and soft lighting, all of which showcase the owner's dedication to crafting a stunning and inviting dining atmosphere. The restaurant has over a hundred carefully selected dishes. Their pineapple rice comes with bowl/salmon rose Sushi wrapped in one piece of fish. Ye's Sushi is open for lunch and dinner. You must try their special house rolls such as Island, Tokyo, Lamton, Kobe and more. The customers can try the Monday to Thursday lunch special for adults. Sushi and sashimi combo items are served with soup and salad. Ye's Sushi also serves three locations within Ontario. They have a full bar facility, a television and a parking facility.
