SUMO SUMO SUSHI BAR & GRILL REVIEWS

We decided to try Sumo Sumo for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed. The patio is a very nice environment, was a bit warm initially but the staff was very helpful & accommodating! Everyone was very pleased with their meals - would recommend checking it out and I’m sure I’ll be back again to try some new menu items.

Been coming to this Sumo Sumo since last 7+ years now. Just truly amazing how consistent they’ve been with food quality and favour profiles and outstanding service every time. We especially love their Volcano rolls, Chicken Karaage, Veg Tempura, Spicy Tuna Tempura Maki and Spider cone. For 4 people and a nice spread of dishes, we usually see ~$150 tab. Pretty decent in these times I’d say.

So tasty and lovely! The patio is a beautiful environment and the restaurant has cute entry doors, bamboo walls & waterfalls etc. The food is delicious and reasonably priced for a sushi bar. I highly recommend any of the boat meals/sharing plates. Staff is great and really helpful. There is plenty of parking available on site, and there is accessible seating in the restaurant (if required). We will definitely be back.

Everything we ordered were delicious and had lots of umami. The sushi roll, maki and sashimi were very fresh . The services were amazing! They make sure your food and special celebrated occasion were well deserved. Thank you for making my dinner night very special ! Make sure to make reservations if you planned to come in group .

We always have a great experience at Koi Sushi. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the cooks and chefs clearly put care into every dish. What really keeps us coming back is the staff—very friendly, welcoming, and truly accommodating. We’ve been here many times (honestly, maybe 10 times or more), and it never disappoints. We highly recommend it—everyone we’ve brought here has loved it too.

This cozy little restaurant really stands out with its unique and delicious flavors of sushi. Each individual piece was absolutely bursting with flavor. The smoky, BBQ flavors were particularly enticing. I ended up ordering a platter because I knew I wanted to try so many different kinds. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've been meaning to stop in here for a while now, and I'm so glad I finally did.

TENKUU JAPANESE CUISINE REVIEWS

Small little sushi place. Amazing food, great service. The deep fried rolls were so good! Also had the tuna sashimi - was super fresh and generous portions. The gyozas were deep fried (no pictures sorry!) and was gone in a flash. I will be back.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was easily the best sushi I’ve had in Canada so far. The quality, presentation, and taste were all outstanding. Honestly, the chef could work at a five-star hotel restaurant right now. Highly recommended.

What a gem of a place! The lobster roll was made so well, the chef even drew a fish on the plate like an artist. They have talent here. I can tell that they care about their craft and quality of the food. The fish tasted really fresh for the sushi rolls I ordered. Definitely recommend.
