The lansdowne location was a great experience! Daniel was lovely and his service was quick while also taking the time to explain the ins and outs of filing which was much appreciated! The team fit me in right before closing and were very friendly!

I never found taxing process so easy and quick but Mr . Kirat has made it so easygoing and smooth for me . I didn't had to put any extra efforts in the whole process of filing tax, As all the details and document requirements are laid by him clearly , without any chaos. During my appointment staffs were always very friendly and able to get everything I needed done. When I have questions, they are always answered. Especially for someone who is not from Canada. I can definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Fast and accurate in service . I filed my taxes in mid april and I got my refunds in less than 2 weeks. It was my first time to file taxes in Canada. They file the taxes calmly, and they do not try to show that filing taxes is a rocket science like other agencies. Both the ladies at the front desk(I am unable to recall the names) and Jaspeeet ( who filed my taxes) were super nice. For the first timers, I highly recommend liberty taxes.

I had a problem with my tax return and Darlene was able to correct it within 30 minutes and she was able to help me resolve the issue that was causing problems for 6 months. I was very happy with Darlene's assistance and recommend her for doing tax returns. I will be going to her at Liberty Tax from now on. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful.
