Great experience from booking online to getting my taxes done. Francine was amazing and saved me quiet the headache when it came to my taxes. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and will make sure you have everything you need to make the most out of your returns. She is also a joy to converse with!

This is my second year returning to H&R block to file my taxes. The same as last year, it was fast and efficient. However, it is worth noting that my tax expert, Helene Nowlan, gave exemplary service and was beyond personable and charming. Turned doing taxes into an experience that put a smile on my face! Always joking, while making sure I understood everything along the way. She was a pleasure to work with. The company is lucky to have an employee as special as Helene!

My Senior Tax Professional was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining services offered by H&R Block. She did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions to the best of her abilities. It was my first time getting my taxes done by H&R Block and I would return to the same location in the future.
