Had a kidney and growth removed by Dr Kim and I have only great things to say about my experience with him and his staff. He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions in his office prior to the operation, which was very successful. Would definitely recommend Dr Kim as a urologist in Cambridge. Thank you, Dr.Kim for your expertise and support.

I saw Dr kim for the first time today in the hospital for a bladder cancer screening test ,he explained everything to me as he did the testing . I felt very comfortable around him .I would suggest dr kim to my family and friends . thank you very much dr kim.

I had a dr. visit and a hospital procedure by Dr. Kim and had a great experience both times. He and his staff were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks to him and his team.

Dr Chang performed my surgery for kidney stones and was excellent in communication skill and her expertise. I despite not being a regular patient as I see another urologist both her and her staff were very quick to respond to questions.

I found the doctor to be caring, responsive, willing to explain things and responded to all questions. Any messages I left I received a timely response.

I have been with dr Chang for 2 years because of kidney stones and she is always sympathetic and wants to help get rid of them.

I would love to be able to give an honest review of Dr. Chang herself but unfortunately I never got past her office administration or lack thereof. My Cambridge doctor sent a referral to another doctor who said they didn't treat my particular issue and referred me to Dr. Chang's office in April of this year. I hadn't heard anything, nor had my family doctor, by September so I called and left a voicemail. Three weeks later I still had not had my call returned so I called again and was told that because I live outside of the Cambridge area, my referral was rejected. This I can understand but to not even let my family doctor know this so they could refer me to someone else is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. Now I will have to have my doctor send another referral out in the hope of getting my issue treated six months later than it should be. Dr. Chang should definitely reevaluate how her office administration works as she could be, at best, delaying treatment for the general public and, at worst, putting peoples lives at risk - Christopher Brennan Reply
