I have high praise for Dr. Weir. I met him in the emergency ward of Peterborough Hospital when I was experiencing significant quantities of blood in my urine. He immediately ordered an ultrasound which was completed on the same morning of my emergency ward visit and provided me with results later on in the morning. He was forthright in advising me that I had small tumor in one kidney. and that by removing the kidney the cancer could be removed. He agreed to my request to have a biopsy completed on the tumor prior to kidney removal. When the biopsy came back positive he completed the kidney removal. Following the operation my haemoglobin level dropped significantly. Rather than order a blood transfusion, Dr Weir advised me he believed me to be in sufficient health to regain adequate haemoglobin levels without adding risk by having a blood transfusion. He did order iron injection to assist the haemoglobin recovery. With the iron injection, my haemoglobin levels recovered. I am grateful to Dr. weir for his caution on ordering a blood transfusion following the operation. I appreciated Dr. Weir's straightforwardness in advising me I had a cancerous tumor and his calm assurances that the tumor could be removed by removing the kidney and that life would go on quite normally following the removal operation. Dr. Weir's straightforwardness provided me with a sense of confidence that helped me get through the stressful time from diagnosis to recovery. I rate him highly.

My son and I have had a great experience with Dr. Weir. He was kind, informative, he explained even more to calm my fears. He did a great job. The incision scare on my Son looks so good, I was impressed. It's funny how some Doctors and Patents have a great rapport, and other don't. I see a mix of good and bad reviews here. I personally loved the receptionist's!! We all had a good laugh over my sons animated behaviour, and the conversation put me at ease to met the Doctor for the first time.. They also were very understanding when I had to reschedule my Son surgery. I am very happy with Dr. Weir and his staff.

Dr Weir operated on my husband for bladder cancer. He was honest, caring, and very helpful. I would highly recommend him.

I’ve had a very difficult 10 mm kidney stone that was absolutely killing me. I’m so thankful that I was put in Dr. Elharram’s hands. Dr Elharram is an expert Urologist and Surgeon. Friendly and caring. He has cured my problem through 2 cyctoscopy’s and one lithotripsy. My experience with Doctor Elharram was awesome I’d recommend him to anyone. He is always pleasant and friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. I’ve just come from Cystoscopy which we all know is horrific really. Uncomfortable is a huge understatement. Dr Elharram removed a stent today from the kidney and the bladder and I can tell you that he was relaxed, smooth and precise with everything. My suffering is not near as violent and not near the pain level of previous procedures done by other doctors. I can’t really say enough good things about him and his staff. His assistant at the office is friendly, helpful, communicative and diligent. Awesome doctor!!! Thank you so much Dr Elharram Sir. I so appreciate everything you’ve done to get me well.

Dr. Elharram is not a “warm and fuzzy “ doctor. He doesn’t express his emotional side, but it is there. He is matter of fact in his approach, but he cares, and he very competent. I had a semi-invasive procedure…plasma turp, and everything went as described. I would not hesitate to go back to him. Brooke, his assistant, is efficient, knowledgeable, and a good communicator

He saved my life. Post surgery he was nice to my wife in hospital room.All follow up with him has been positive.He did a very complex surgery and I'm sure glad it was him that did it.
