Dr Prowse was amazing. I had a kidney stone which he diagnosed. He came in the room, chewing his gum, layed back in the chair like he had all the time in the world and explained everything he was going to do. He had a cancelation for that night and told me he would call me at 6pm and probably to come in at 7pm to do the procedure. He did exactly what he told me. Such awesome bed side manners! Highly recommend him!

Dr. Prowse is an amazing doctor. His bedside manner is amazing and he actually listens to what you have to say. He also provides you with education rather then sending you on your way with a diagnosis. The most gentle, sweetest doctor I have met.

Brought my son to emergency he ended up needing a time sensitive surgery. Dr Prowse was quick but calm and professional. He made sure we understood what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He also made sure to make the urgency know to the OR and bumped my son's surgery to almost instantly to make sure he didn't get permanent damage. Fantastic doctor.

I had a very difficult situation with many urologists leaving me with my stricture. I could not void and I other reconstructive surgeons left me without an answer or solutions. This Dr has done my surgery 4 years ago and I never look back since then. life has changed. He spends the time when needed. Now our visits are fast but I am always happy that he checks on me to ensure my urination is good. great work TBRHSC for having such brilliant young lad.

I m in debt for Dr shahrour and his expertise. I m shocked from that previous comment and I felt I wanted to support this excellent brilliant dr. Having neurogenic bladder and being left for years without proper help, dr shahrour took over my case. He ensured my kidneys are protected and helped me reach a healthy balance without any infections that I used to get before. I am sad to see racist rants about someone just because of the name. He is a Canadian dr who was trained in a top school (I think McGill). You can’t not stop when you hear or see this previous comment but wonder if racism isn’t a culprit. Anyway, thank you dr shahrour for your great help throughout the years and your dedication to help patients in northwestern Ontario.

It took me a while to see him as he is a super busy surgeon. I was disappointed but after I met him, I realized it was worth the wait. This young lad pays attention to many aspects that it surprises me how he can do all of that. He took his time to explain to me and my wife. He is funny and It felt like we were talking to our son. I am sure his parents are proud of him. He did my surgery which went great. The only downside is the wait time for the surgery. I had to wait 18 months. Again, it was worth it as now, I never have to worry about bathroom stops anymore. The 18 months was a bugger and I am not sure how others who are worse than me can handle that. Overall, top doctor and we are all blessed to have him.

They were very professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend.

I had one stone removed before Christmas last year the doctor was great.

Dr. Caio Suartz is a reconstructive urologist, is truly world class.
