I used to come here every Sunday and the food ALWAYS hits. Always a great portion/quality for the amount you pay. I will always remember this location for how buttery their noodles are and how perfectly grilled their rice plates are. Service is always kind and fast. They're attentive and always make me feel at home here.
I would recommend Pho 99, the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. I personally have only tried the vermicelli bowls. Worth trying if you havent been there before.
The service is quick and friendly, the (spicy) broth is perfect. So good. The tea and broth sooth the soul.
