Ian has been instrumental in getting my website up and running! He has been ever so patient with me and my gazillion questions and requests. When I've requested changes Ian has been quick to respond so he can understand what I'm asking for and then implements the agreed upon changes in a timely fashion. I still am not sure of all the terminology but Ian monitors the website and updates all necessary security measures for me. I'd be lost without him.

When we needed a designer to update our church website and create an additional one we narrowed the choice to Ian and one other. Both submitted detailed and informative proposals, and interviewed well. We decided to use Ian, after reviewing his work for others, and more discussion. Ian continues to be thorough and helpful on subsequent changes as we refine what we want and need on our sites. As the individual who manages the sites to update details week by week, I have confidence working with Ian that any glitches will be quickly addressed and resolved. We made the right choice.
