Very happy with my new windows. The entire process was easy and went off without a hitch. From beginning to end the communication was excellent. And the installers did a fabulous job. It looked much better than it did before. They took great care of my home and went above and beyond, even in the hottest weather of the year.

We love our new windows. From start to finish the staff was friendly, informative and professional. Vlad and Mike were terrific onsite, they were very polite and extremely neat and tidy, They demonstrated excellent attention to detail. Gone are our sad single pane windows and we now have beautiful new solid ones. Now we just have to wait for the rest of the renovations!

Jesse Julien Corey and Nick did a great job of replacing our windows in Abbotsford. Super friendly. Clean and professional. Would refer them without hesitation . Did a couple of before and after pics. We had alot of condensation

I needed a window removed and wanted to install a sliding glass door in its place. After visiting their showroom it was apparent the quality of their sliding glass door although more expensive was a lot better in terms of quality than off the shelf doors found at Home Depot and Lowe's. The install team was great. Had the sliding glass door and another small window installed and site cleaned up within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them. .

The folks at West Coast were super helpful (again) with the purchase of another custom window. Selection and design was easy in the showroom and the window was ready for pick-up quicker than quoted. I will continue to be a loyal West Coast Windows customer and highly recommend them

He answered all my questions (and believe me, I had a lot). The installer was equally impressive and efficient. They left the rooms clean and the windows looking great. They were done within 3 hours. I'm very happy with the result. I highly recommend them.

After 10 years of using Vinyltek windows, a small part was broken and it took only a short conversation with the company’s service manager, and this old part was shipped to me immediately. Unbelievable service that you can’t find anywhere else. Keep up the good work Lexy. d.
