Chinook Yoga

Chinook yoga studio is my favourite place in Prince George! There is a real feeling of community that is fostered by the owner and teachers. Swati is the most amazing teacher! She will immerse you in all aspects of yoga and take your practice to a new level.

A welcoming and supportive space to practice Yoga, among like minded and wonderful people. The teachers a diverse and knowledgeable. They also have a great boutique that sells mats, props, and other great Yoga products.

I wish I didn’t live so far away from PG, because I’m in love with this studio. They seem very accommodating and understanding of all levels and health issues. 10/10.
