Urban Strength

Urban Strength has an incredibly welcoming community. They offer a variety of classes (spin, yoga and functional fitness) all under one roof with knowledgeable and friendly coaches. The owners truly care about theirs members and are always listening for feedback on ways to improve the gym. In addition, the staff have done an incredible job at keeping our gym clean and community safe during COVID-19. I've recommended Urban Strength to all of my friends who are local!

Urban Strength is like home away from home! All the staff and coaches are so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and fit each workout into your own personal goals and performance level. The facility itself is beautiful and so clean. They have put alot of time and energy in keeping us all safe especially during this difficult time. I definitely suggest trying it out. There are so many class options to choose from, you won't regret it.
