Happy contractor. I used to have to sort through several boxes to find the document I needed. Ray set up and maintained an electronic filing system for me. Now I can retrieve any document I want at a moment’s notice. Ray and his staff use this system to produce job costing and other financial information I require to for taxation and bonding authorities. It also enables me to keep on top of things as far as my finances are concerned.

We do it the old fashioned way. We physically send one box of documents every month to Vedamani. They enter the data and produce the reports for us and review them with us. We have been doing this over 20 years, and do not want to change. We are comfortable with the way things are and the accurate and reliable output that Vedamani presents to us.

My desk is now clean. This is the result of good work done by Vedamani & Co. We are located in located 400 kilometers away from their office but through online system they set up it is as if they were working in my office. My books are up to date and all my tax returns are filed in time.
