As a tenant, Maximum Income Property were great landlords, very responsive and quick to respond to any repair request. Amar was a great property manager in my case. Always reachable, always quick to respond. His work is professional and he is very personable easy to communicate with.

We have been servicing Maximum Income Property Management accounts for several years. David has been excellent in communicating his clients pest control needs and Maximum Income has been an excellent company to do business with. As a south Delta company, we appreciate the fact that they have been using Go Green Pest Control - keeping it local. I would highly recommend Maximum Income Property Management if you are looking for a management company for your property!

I had a great experience with the people at this property management. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and responsive. I was happy that they could come out next day to fix my broken faucet issue in my last place.

Greg is the best of the best property manager I would recommend to anyone if you require property management services. He provided outstanding service in professional manner by establishing good interpersonal relationship with me as his client as well as my tenants. He is a great communicator via telephone contacts and emails, and paid a lot of attention in details. He is knowledgeable about the BC Property Act and regulations, and he provided professional consultation and was able to handle some complex situations very well. When certain matters arise, he responded and attended to the situations in a timely manner. He is totally reliable and I would say that you will have a peace of mind if you have him to manage your properties.

Greg is professional, personable and easy to deal with. As a renter from one of the properties he manages, we have nothing but positive things to say about him. He can easily be reached if there are any issues with the rental property and responds in a timely manner. He always makes it a point to check in to make sure everything is in order and cares for both landlords and renters. Highly recommend him for any property management needs.
