I have been going to Quinte Mind & Body for almost a year. The facility is clean, serene and inviting and Samantha is an amazing RMT. She has helped me by working out the painful knots in my neck and shoulder area as well as providing yoga stretching to maintain relief and prevent further issues. Sam is always professional, friendly and genuinely cares about her clients’ wellness. I would highly recommend!

Dana and Sam are amazing. Wonderful services. Things I havent tried here are reiki, meditation or yoga. But lots of services provided here.
