City transit has improved, but will always be behind the rest of Canada; per capita, digital displays, no bus for an hour after an appointment, & bus drivers forgetting to drop passengers off. lol but true. I liked the fact they are safety standards are in place thy to help stop the covid19. When I went I was Greeted with a hello and a smile. The staff are friendly and respectful..I would recommend for anyone to visit..its not just for the drug addiction, of alcoholism but a place to speak to a professional about struggling problems we all experience in our daily lives..
