2386 New St is such a nice place to live. The people who work here and the residents are very friendly you get a sense of community. Suites are spacious and renovated. The building and grounds are well taken care of with many new updates to the property. I appreciate Waleed our new property/ building maintenance employee he is very helpful and always a pleasure to speak with as he takes pride in his job and makes sure all is as it should be. Glad to have Waleed here especially now that the office has moved off site. The location is prime, walking distance to many amenities and the downtown core. Very safe area and apartment
Kim Campbell was wonderful when she lead the tour for a CLV group property it wasn’t initially Rosemount but she discussed some of the units there and we decided to see one of the units. It was the unit we ended up renting. Working with Kim from the tour to the application stage was wonderful she was warm, patient, and knowledgeable. Even if there was something she didn’t know right at the time, she got back to us with an answer in a fair amount of time via phone/email we had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. She is wonderful in her role and a true professional.
