What truly set her apart was her knowledge of downtown Burlington. She answered all my questions and even provided insights that I hadn't thought to ask about. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for some who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Kim.

We had been looking for an apartment on and off for about a year when we were attracted to 2386 New Street. Our sales Rep Kim was very professional and friendly and showed us 2 renovated apartments. They had everything we needed and for 2 people are quite spacious. We were very impressed how clean and orderly the place is and the grounds are kept very nice and tidy. The staff are great and very helpful including Kim. Since we have been here quite a few improvements to the structure have taken place we are glad to have found such a nice apartment building.

I recently toured the building @ 2400 New Street in. Burlington, On. Very nice apartments, the building and property were extremely clean and well maintained. Kim was an absolute pleasure to engage with, very helpful and thorough. Definitely considering the unit. Thanks Kim! DS

We had a wonderful experience finding a rental suite with Kim Campbell. She was thorough, compassionate and available to answer any and all of our questions. As we had been exploring multiple options, she kindly showed us the property multiple times at our request and made us feel right at home even prior to signing a lease. She continues to help us with any issues/questions that pop up along the way. We are so happy in our new apartment and couldn't say nicer things about the CLV staff at Lakeshore Club especially Kim.

Wow! I’ve never met a leasing agent like Kim. She was so attentive with us, answered all of our questions and was genuinely happy for us that we found exactly what we were looking for. I’ve never seen her without a smile. Goes above and beyond every time. Thanks so much.

We moved to this building about 3 months ago and my experience couldn’t have been better. After visiting the building, where Kim Campbell kindly gave us a tour to the unit we live today and all the amenities, me knew this would be our home. Great location, well-maintained and quiet building. Moved into a recently renovated, spacious 3 bedrooms unit with in-suite laundry. Everything was brand new. Very reactive maintenance team. Smooth remote application process and accurate descriptions. Carmen answered (and still answers) promptly and tirelessly to every email. Overall, it's been a great experience so far.
