I was shopping around for stores that could make a customised wedding band for my Fiancé to match my engagement ring with an emerald and almost every store was giving me a hard time either with providing a proper quote or giving me a refusal email that they cannot do what I am envisioning for the ring. So when I stepped into Barry’s and told them about the customization, Susana ensured that I got not only the best design but also helped me with the best price when I showed her the competitor’s quote. She was very honest, polite, very responsive through her communication and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed for my wedding. I received the ring a week back and it is even more beautiful than what I had asked for! The Quality is really amazing!

We are familiar with Barry’s as we purchased my wedding band there about 28 years ago (still love it.. and him!) We live out of province now and my husband purchased a lovely piece for me online for my birthday. It was shipped to us, and it wasn’t quite right (for me), and was able to exchange it seamlessly after a FaceTime appointment with Mary Anne - who was excellent to deal with. We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Barry’s and Mary Anne in particular. The pictures online are very detailed , but sometimes difficult to get a sense of size/perspective. I definitely recommend a virtual appointment before making a purchase. But as I say, the exchange process was seamless. Thanks!

I had the wonderful experience of working with Susana on a custom made wedding band redesign from a family members ring. Susana was so helpful and creative! The ring is so beautiful and I couldn't be happier! It made the wedding day so special and they worked along side us on a sped up timeline. Forever grateful!

I recently had two very positive experiences at this People’s location. I first had a bracelet repaired which was a very easy process and did not take long to do. I was helped by Sommer and she was very professional and knowledgeable. I returned a few weeks later to have my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and re-dipped. I didn’t even know re-dipping was something I could do but Sommer recommended it and I am so pleased because my rings look brand new again! Sommer was busy with another customer when I came to pick up my rings so I was cashed out by Amy who was also very kind and appears to be another exceptional employee. I will absolutely be back for more services in the future.

My wife and I went there to buy some gifts for each other for our anniversary. The SA, Smit, was extremely patient with us and really took his time to ensure our needs and concerns were met. He was even great helping our young son with his questions. Great experience, everyone came away happy. Definitely will come back!
