We purchased a new home and had a tight timeline to select paint colours for the entire house. Without an eye for design, my husband and I did not know where to start. We reached out to Felicia for help and could not be more pleased with her service. She was able to book us in for an appointment quickly. We met at the new house, and within 2 hours she helped us select paint colours for every room. Her wealth of experience meant she was able to guide us, while still taking into consideration our personal style, the look and feel of the house, and other factors that should be considered in paint selection (flooring, natural light, etc.). We were introduced to Felicia thru our real estate agent when we moved to the area over 15 years ago. I can now not imagine making any home decorating decision without Felicia's expertise. Felicia has helped us in selecting paint colours, creating custom furniture, picking tile and counters for a kitchen and bathroom redo along with many other updating decisions. I had an emergency leak in my only full bathroom that left my ADA-compliant shower down to the studs. I got several bids but chose Expert Touch because they were on time for the appointment, provided a quick analysis of the project and provided a written, emailed estimate within 2 days as they had said. Little did I know they would also be great to work with, answering my questions, listening to my preferences while working efficiently, cleanly and delivered on time.
