We absolutely loved working with Karin & her phenomenal team. They really took the time to understand our style and executed the design, finishings, and furnishings of our full gut home seamlessly. The team is professional yet equally personable. Truthfully, we didn’t truly understand the benefits of hiring an interior designer until Karin & co executed. There are so many details that we would have never thought about and our vision would not have come to life without them! Karin, Elisa, Amanda and Lisa are the epitome of excellence in their field and we look forward to working on another project with them one day.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with the KBD team. They did an amazing job of understanding our preferences and then presented timeless, elegant designs that we loved but would have never known how to come up with. My husband and I have different design aesthetics and they seamlessly blended our styles to something we both loved. They are extremely professional, responsive, and an absolute joy to work with. We were amazed by their quality and attention to detail. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a designer of an exceptional home.

We purchased a new home and had a tight timeline to select paint colours for the entire house. Without an eye for design, my husband and I did not know where to start. We reached out to Felicia for help and could not be more pleased with her service. She was able to book us in for an appointment quickly. We met at the new house, and within 2 hours she helped us select paint colours for every room. Her wealth of experience meant she was able to guide us, while still taking into consideration our personal style, the look and feel of the house, and other factors that should be considered in paint selection (flooring, natural light, etc.). We highly recommend Felicia and are hoping to work with her again in the future.

We were introduced to Felicia thru our real estate agent when we moved to the area over 15 years ago. I can now not imagine making any home decorating decision without Felicia's expertise. Felicia has helped us in selecting paint colours, creating custom furniture, picking tile and counters for a kitchen and bathroom redo along with many other updating decisions. She even picked paint colours for us remotely while we were moving to a home out of the country. Most recently we are working on updating our main floor with a redesign of our fireplace and possible builtins and accessories. When you choose Felicia for your decorating needs you will have a designer you can trust and rely on always.

I had an emergency leak in my only full bathroom that left my ADA-compliant shower down to the studs. I got several bids but chose Expert Touch because they were on time for the appointment, provided a quick analysis of the project and provided a written, emailed estimate within 2 days as they had said. Little did I know they would also be great to work with, answering my questions, listening to my preferences while working efficiently, cleanly and delivered on time. They (Andrew, Don and Mike) were great.
