New management personnel is very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and works with tenants to ensure that any concerns are addressed and that work in units get completed to appropriate standards. Thank you for your hard work in improving the old building and ensuring our safety and ability to enjoy our home.

Hafiz is very hardworking and eager to know if we have any issues in our unit as well as in the building. It is a wonderful idea to have our own office in the building. I can see building looks more clean and garbage is managed well. Thank you Capriet for the drastic change.

We are very happy with the renovations of our bathroom the contractors were very polite and courteous thank you .and very special thanks to Gabriela Rotoi for a wonderful job keeping us in loop.

Been here for over 10 years and an elderly relative was in the unit before us. First time in all of these years we had work done on the unit. Maintenance Work was very nicely done and Everyone nice to work with. Especially the plumber and Gabriela! She is a great help.

I would like to thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We have found the best unit that we’re looking for . You are very helpful , all of our maintenance issues are immediately addressed. Your accommodations to us have been great .Thank you

Building is good. Riaz helped us with the paperwork and easy move in process. He responds and addresses any complaints quickly.

TAUNTON TERRACE REVIEWS

I've been here for some time now and I have to say the management we have now are amazing, everything that needs to get done does. Unfortunately the useless management before left a lot of work to be done as they were completely idiodic and had no clue what to do. People didn't have locking doors or windows yet work orders are being completed as such and that apparently is the same issue as painting a hallway. Keep up the good work to the current management you guys rock.

I’ve been here for about 6 years now, and can say I love it. we have a great community in here. Contrary to what others have said about the supers in particular the one we have now they are amazing. If your looking for a clean and quite very child friendly environment you will find that here. I have lived everywhere in this city and the rent is no higher here then anywhere else, as far as hefty hydro bills yes it does happen but let’s be real that’s on you if you are appropriate with your hydro you will be fine.

Fare size maze of town houses I lived there yrs ago , they didnt keep it clean back then , not sure now .
