Very pleased with the sales and customer service at this shop. I felt valued as a customer, and the whole transaction from phone call to visit was pleasant, friendly, warm, professional and the staff were genuinely excited for me to enjoy my new beautiful machine. Excellent place for your sewing supplies. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just did a serger course with Shirley and it was wonderful. Shirley is a great instructor with incredible experience. A fantastic learning experience. Many thanks.

Great store with amazing selection, especially seasonally. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about a huge variety of arts. I'm very pleased to have this location so close to home.

Came in today with a list of supplies for my son's drawing class. I had no idea what most of the things are. Regan was extremely helpful and we found everything on the list. Really appreciate having a person to answer questions.
