Always a friendly smile and hello when you walk into the store . Being in the floor trade and industry for 35 years, the products Carpet One are second to none . Don’t get caught up paying a little less for a big box cheaper product .Carpet One products are well worth the investment and will far outperform and look current for years to come . Top notch advice is given based on your individual needs and budget coupled with the best bang for your hard earned dollar . Many of the floor coverings are do it yourself friendly or have it professionally installed by their longtime dedicated installers. Far and away my best choice to find what I am looking for . Check the click free vinyl plank while you visit. My go to favourite for easy installation and repair ability without pulling up half your floor to get to a damaged piece . Save some time and gas running around looking for something that works for you. One stop is all you need . Cheers , Brian from Oshawa .

Travelled to a few carpet shops before we found exactly what we were looking for. We wanted something very plush for a home theatre. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and understood what we were looking for. Pulled out a couple before pulling out exactly what we were looking for. Timeline was great. The fitters turned up on time and were very courteous and did a fantastic job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will definitely be going back for our stairs carpet once we have decorated there. Thanks for a great job. Was truly the icing on the cake for our wonderful home theatre. Exactly what we wanted.

We had a great experience from start to finish! Harrison was really great and knowledgable about choosing our carpet. The installers did a great job and were fun and respectable. Our dog had a great time trying to distract them into playing with her.

I had a great experience with Lori helping us. She listened to what we were looking for and had great suggestions to compliment the main tile we chose. We were able to pick everything and take samples home to confirm we liked them in the space. We purchased all of the shower tiles, and floor tiles here. The prices are reasonable and I would absolutely recommend coming here.

I highly recommend this company from the sales team that offer suggestions to the demo team that do their job without any mess to your house, and finally the installation team who are professional and respectful of your house.

Outstanding customer service. Super knowledgeable and they truely care about what's best for you. If you have any flooring needs skip the big box stores and deal with Ritson Tile.

Had my whole main floor done, couldn't be happier! Great product and great people to deal with. The sales staff didn't pressure with anything but walked us through the things we needed to know so that we could make a fully educated decision. The estimate was done very quickly and once approved the install was completed. The installation team was efficient and professional. We honestly couldn't be happier with the end result but the process made it that much better. Five stars all around.

We had a great customer experience at the Oshawa store. Seleena was so knowledgeable and accommodating! After comparing elsewhere we came back and ordered luxury vinyl for our entire second floor. Great price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, Michelle was very informative and very helpful. The installer Ken was Excellent very gifted. Overall my experience was great. The stairs look extremely nice.
