Perfect party event rentals helped with everything for our wedding! We rented our tent, lighting, dinnerware, chairs, tables, bar, and more decor from here and we could not be happier with it! We had a little issue with our dance floor before the wedding and they came right away to help fix it. That goes to show how customer focussed they are! To add onto this, the entire planning process for the wedding they were quick to respond to emails, provide suggestions and feedback where I was unsure what to rent or how much to rent, and they were so friendly to speak to on the phone! They also came to check out the property beforehand to ensure the tent was going in a good spot. Everything we rented was great quality and the customer service was awesome. Would highly recommend.

We rented plates, glasses, and cutlery from Perfect Party Event Rentals to be used on our wedding day. We had a decrease in the number of guests and required less items. They updated the invoice without any issues. No problems picking up and returning the items. We also rented chairs for the same weekend. At first we ordered one set of chairs and changed our minds quickly. Just one quick call in to the team, invoice updated and different chairs ordered! Awesome, Professional, organized, and kind to work with!

Thank you PPR for making a special day even more so for our family. Service was incredible- products were modern and fun yet classic and prices were fair. Will be my go to for all events moving forward.

What a great company to work with! I was an event planner and used several vendors in the GTA. I was looking for a company close to home that provided rentals for our summer BBQ. I found the Decor Guys website during a quick google search. First off, the website was super easy to navigate through, accurate and reasonable pricing and simple date selection/ payment process - I liked how there were several payment options as well. Right away, I received a call from the Decor Guys to confirm my order (along with a confirmation email). Then, the scheduled delivery went smooth and rentals were perfect (got a 10x20 tent, foldable chairs and tables). I paid extra for set up and it was well worth it; 3 team members came and took about 30mins to set up. This definitely took away the stress of having to take time out of my day to set everything up. They even provided me with the tent walls last minute at time of delivery which was much needed after we had a rainy event day. Finally, the day after the the team came and took everything down, as well as refunded the $200 security deposit. I am extremely pleased with the Decor Guys, their staff and service. I will certainly be renting from them for my next event!!

This was my first time working with The Decor Guys for a last minute request for tables, chairs, dish wares and they were friendly, professional and accommodating all of my requests and needs. Delivery and pick up was seamless. I would absolutely request their services again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. 10/10!

They were so cooperative in meeting my needs. Set up and take down were quick and quiet. The quality of the tent added protection and ambience to my event. They even have chairs and tables making it a one stop place for all my party needs big and small. Can't wait to have another occasion to use the Decor Guys.

Words can’t explain how awesome this team is. Susan at the front desk was a star, she took the time to understand my event for my daughter and catered to it. I had to make multiple changes and she was able to always accommodate. They have a large selection of great rentals you won’t find anywhere. Loading and unload team is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Tim's Party recently serviced my bridal shower over the weekend. I had to postpone it due to Covid and they were so understanding and accommodating!!! Great service and such friendly staff, you end up feeling right at home here! Would highly recommend as they have a wide variety of services and items to help with any party theme you have in mind.

Susan and the team are always so helpful. What a time saver - renting holiday dishes, cutlery, glassware, and linens. Life saver.
