I've lived in many places and locations around the world. When I came to Ptbo in 1995 I ended up renting a Skyline apartment on Hunter St. E. It was the best decision I have made. The level of building care and service is exemplary, made enormously fast and easy by the staff here. Specifically I'd like to mention both Resident Managers Helen and Sheila for their terrific work and attention to problem solving; everything from providing Eco-friendly light bulbs to wear and tear repairs such as replacing worn out faucet gaskets and re-aligning cabinets doors. I am also impressed with the fact that the building is always completely quiet and that the walls are not concrete. I would like to recognize Mike from the Peterborough Skyline living center. He has made a notable difference with the maintenance team and instilled a confidence in the tenants that any job will be done professionally. I work nights and had a water problem during the night, I called the emergency number and Mike came right up and fixed the problem. He was also polite and pleasant while doing so, even though it was the middle of the night. He then also followed up the next day to make sure everything was running well and working. I could tell he really cares to do the best job he can and is conscious of the tenants property while doing so. The world needs more people with integrity and morals like Mike Thanks.

The whole team of skyline Ptbo is very professional and always ready to help you. Helen, Sheila,Tyler, Mike all made sure that we had a smooth moving-in experience. Nice and clean apartments with beautiful views. Wish the best to skyline team Ptbo.

One of the most important factors of finding a place to live is good property managers, Raf and Dorothy are the best kind of people. If you ever have any kind of issues they will be 100% taken care of in a prompt manner. These people actually spend time renovating their units for new tenants. The parking situation is fantastic, the laundry facilities are great. This is a relatively quiet building, I never heard much from any neighbors. Had I not moved to a different city for work I would not have moved out of this place. Would recommend it to anybody looking for a good quiet apartment.

If you are lucky enough to be accepted as a tenant in this building do not hesitate to say yes! The supers are amazing and live on site and do excellent job in caring for the building. Laundry is bright and cheerful and in great working order all the time . Underground parking is bonus.
