Shari was awesome to deal with especially during this Covid lockdown. She helped me find my future wife's wedding band of her dreams. And then I called back a couple days later and she found my forever ring. Amazing service and amazing people to deal with. I am very happy with this place and I definitely will be back one day for jewelry but not wedding bands lol maybe anniversary rings etc... you guys rock. Nice work to all of you.

Highly recommend Charlotte Jewlers. Can't say enough good things about them. Levon and his team spent alot of time with me to help design a custom engagement ring which came out even better than expected. After that great experience I knew we had to go back for our wedding bands. Again the team exceeded expectations. Helping us make a beautiful wedding ring that perfectly fit with the engagement ring, yet still can be worn on its own, and an awesome unique wedding band for me that even has its own hidden diamond. Levon is very honest and will guide you in creating not only a beautiful ring, but a durable and easy to clean ring. The prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

My finance and I had the most amazing experience with charlotte Jewelers. We had both our wedding bands and my engagement ring made custom by Levon. Levon did a very thorough consultation with us for each of the rings, listening to exactly what we wanted and clarifying anything that was unclear. He was so pleasant to work with and we could see how much of a passion he has for creating the most beautiful jewelry. Front desk staff were always so friendly and helpful and we always felt very welcomed every time we visited the shop. Charlotte Jewelers goes above and beyond and we could not recommend them more!!

They made a unique police ring for me and exceeded my expectations greatly. I highly recommend their excellent and professional staff. Wonderful people and outstanding products.

Went into Pandora and was greeted by Virginia. She helped us select a bracelet for our daughter. Abby was also working and was helpful giving her opinion and sizing suggestion. Amazing experience for a first time customer. The sales associates were friendly, helpful, and patient. Abby gift wrapped our purchase so it will look amazing when we present the gift. Highly recommend and so pleased with the customer service.

Great service. I often find some Pandora Staff in other locations very aloof and self important. This store the sales person and the manager were genuine, caring and helpful. It was a pleasurable experience.

Sales staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and happy to assist with showing different charms! Pleased each time I visit!!
