THE RESIDENCES AT FREMONT VILLAGE REVIEWS

I have been living here for almost two years and I’m not planning to go away anytime soon. we have everything we need on a walking distance. Nature at the door, the wonderful Pitt River at a 5 min walking distance, very friendly, pet sensitive neighbours and so much more. My dogs are the happiest dogs on earth here and on top of that the management is really good. Gillian is awesome and nice , always with a smile trying to help! Even when she is not at duty!! And Natasa... I can’t properly thank her enough. Since the very first day we came here looking for a place to live she was helpful, resolutive and honest with us. She was so good I couldn’t believe our lucky at first! The way she handles every issue is always very professional, straight to the point and effective. When she is around I have peace of mind and that is priceless. If you have any problem here in the residences go to talk to them, they are GOLD!!

Fremont Village is a place you can call your home, I am living here for about 2 years and the Neiborhood the facilities and the apartments really makes you enjoy living there and I cannot forget is totally pet friendly. The Building Managers are the best, they are totally friendly and always try to help you specially Natasa she is one of the reasons I stay there she is really resourceful and always help me when I need something in addition, she loves pets and pets, and owners love her.

This place is amazing. The managers on site are always pleasant to talk to. Natasa, Gillian and Maureen are great. Moved out to to live with my disabled mom for a year and finally decided to move back in. I’ve never had a unpleasant dealing with management.

FREMONT REVIEWS

I just moved out of Fremont living, after being a resident for 2 years. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Mosaic, in fact so happy I chose another Mosaic property when I was looking to relocate. Management was always responsive, and the new resident manager Kevin has been a pleasure to work with. The property was clean, safe, and close to all the amenities you could ask, the Poco trail being right behind in your backyard and Walmart/ shoppers/many stores within a few blocks. The suite itself was beautiful with huge high vaulted ceilings. The amenity center is top notch with all high-end equipment, beautiful pool, basketball court and huge common area. A perfect place for kids no doubt. Highly recommend Fremont!!

Fremont is a great place to live. I stayed in a one bedroom unit that was nicely built and spacious. Everyone in the community is very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean, secure, and conveniently located near shopping areas and why . Kevin, the Resident Manager, is very professional, helpful, and kind. Any concerns or questions, he addresses them quickly. Great building, community and people!

From the application to the moving process the Fremont Living Team (Shout out to Alexandra) has been amazing, they've gone above and beyond to accommodate any of our questions, concerns, and requests. Very easy and smooth process all around - highly recommend.

MCALLISTER APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Washer and dryer are available on every floor. There are parking spaces available for tenants. The units are very spacious, lots of closet space. Although the building is old, common areas are clean and well maintained.

Love living at McAllister Apartments...I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment !!! great Infrastructure and amazing environment Highly Recommented.
