We came in with an exchange voucher from a mattress I had purchased a few years back that completely fell apart. I told the employees my top priority for a new mattress was longevity. Both Dave and Ann were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and truly wanted to find the best option for my partner and I! We found our “ideal” mattress that was a bit out of our budget, so they gave us the idea to buy a floor model at a discounted price and we were super happy with that! The new mattress is perfect—has been professionally cleaned and looks brand new. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this location for their expertise.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for a new bed. First went to the Brick because they were advertising a big sale. Needless to say that wasn’t a good experience. However Dave at Sleep Country in Port Coquitlam was very welcoming and a great salesman to deal with. He was accommodating to are needs and gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse. If you want to walk out happy I’d suggest to go see him. Very happy with our new mattress.I

I had to exchange some pillows for king sized ones and I ended up getting different pillows all together. The gentleman helping me was absolutely lovely. Help me carry the pillows out as I had my baby with me. They’re super accommodating and polite here. I bought a kingsdown bed here a couple years ago and the customer service was excellent as well. Great staff.

Mercato has a wonderful selection of home furnishings at reasonable prices. I bought a beautiful dining table and chairs. Reza and his delivery guys came at a convenient time for me and set everything up perfectly, taking great care. They were courteous, friendly and polite and got the job done quickly. I will definitely go back for more pieces for my home.
