We inquired our backyard upgrade with Novero. I did a lot of research before I started looking for the contractor. We really liked that they provide a design service, this is part of the service which you need to pay small upfront fee, but this gets deducted from overall construction budget. For me, I liked having this service as I don't need to worry about any miscommunications. They stuck with initial quote and once the construction began they moved along very quickly. Easy to work with and they were very professional. I highly recommend Novero and we will be working again in the future for my kitchen reno project. Attached before and after pictures for the reference.

Our initial correspondence was with Erica, who was very professional and easy to talk to. We knew we wanted to have a new bright Feature wall added to our living room but wasn't sure what. After an easy set-up for a date to come to our home, Joele guided us through some possible ideas for our wall. Very professional, patient and so easy to talk to. I was absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism and we are in love with our new wall!!! It has transformed our space. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Novero Homes and Renovations again in the future. Thank you.

We used Novero Homes for the design and construction of our interior and exterior home renovations. It was a great experience to deal with one company who managed all aspects of a complex renovation. They incorporated our ideas with their experience in design and construction to create a beautiful living space we can share with our family and friends. He communicated exactly what needed to be done, was right on time when coming to my home, and did it in far less time than he originally said.
