Beautiful grounds, Apartments are basically brand new when you move in, management is amazing and they respond to your issues instantly.

Very nice atmosphere. I am leaving here for almost 2 month now and I and my kids love it. The management team is also very nice and frendly.

Beautiful one of the best apartments in windsor ontario ,once you in you never leave . I am on my 10th yr , I GI've it a 5 star.

This building is awesome. Boardwalk management left something to be desired. Now it's owned by Skyline, and Angela is the best resident manager ever! It's clean, safe, and in an amazing location. Skyline has made major improvements to this building and has shown a consistent commitment to its residents. Customer service is way above par, and your neighbors are quiet and friendly. I've been here almost four years now and can't imagine wanting to leave. Highly recommended!!!!!

It was a very good experience. Management is responsive to issues and concerns. This is an older building, so there are some water shutoffs and other maintenance that occur, but this is also a sign that they are working to maintain the building, which is good for the long term.

Lived here for almost two years now. Great low prices combined with a nice, clean apartment building and first-rate service from the building managers.
