Chuck was the absolute best. I was in need of a new vacuum that would handle fur from 3 dogs but still be easy to use and manoeuvre. Chuck recommended the Miele and told me all of the reasons why and how everything worked. Plus, can’t beat the warranty and the fact that they service them at D & R. I brought my Miele C3 home, set it up and vacuumed my area rug. The rug that always still had fur left on it is now almost free from fur. Thank you so much for all of your help and the great service as well!

I found an 88 year old Singer sewing machine in a value village a few weeks ago, it worked but was in desperate need of rewiring. Bob showed this machine such love and care, with a full clean, service, and rewiring, that I am glad I left it to him, instead of tackling all of the work myself. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 work. I won't trust my machines to anyone else.

Took my Yamaha stereo in for repair and it came back just like the day I bought it new in 1975 excellent service thanks Chuck and now my wife's sewing machine broke down today so you know where I'm bringing it this week great place friendly staff.

I first discovered Quilting Confections when I was looking to take a class in Quilting. The staff was so helpful in helping me to pick out the colour combinations to cutting and sewing up my quilt. I send all my friends from work there when they are looking for quality fabric . The many designs and colours of fabrics is absolute amazing and it is a true candyland of colours. They not only teach classes on a variety of things not just quilting. Their monthly news letter I cant wait to see what they are offering next. They sell beautiful sewing, embroidery machines and supplies to go with them. Everything you need is there and at reasonable prices. I check their website daily just so I dont miss anything. Congratulations, for having a beautiful store.

Recently made an online purchase and could not be more pleased! Great selection of quality products, great prices, and very reasonable shipping costs. Package arrived quickly with all items securely packed and even included a handwritten note and a treat. Thank you to Heather and her team for amazing customer service!

The staff that helped me on Saturday were amazing, so helpful and so kind, they listened to me ramble on for 20 minutes and showed complete compassion for me, I want to share a picture of the glider stool we recovered with the fabric I purchase and I also bought two new pillow covers that are amazing also. Big hugs to the fellow that gave me a hug don't know his name but he is an amazing person and all of them are assets to your company.

I love love love Fabricland!! I just discovered their online shopping BONUS!! If you're a crafter, hobbyist, or a sewer, there's something for everyone!! The even has classes on Leaning!! Check them out you will not be disappointed.
