I had a really great experience shopping at Hi Neighbor. The owner/manager Terry helped us to select the flooring we needed and even did so comically to make us laugh. The rest of the staff worked quietly behind the counter but smiled to us on the way out and also provided friendly after-sales service when I called regarding my order. I would go back to these guys again and recommend them for their great service, pricing and selections.The color and quality of the laminate flooring we chose was great!

Terry was amazing and helpful with our flooring. I shopped around and went back to see him he had the best prices in town. I would highly recommend the new location. Lots of styles. I will definitely be going back and getting my tile for backslash as soon as I'm ready.

Amazing selection of tiles, Beatrice and Terry helped us choose the tiles measured the house and delivered, what a gr8 service and Amazing staff . Plus I luv their new location! Keep it going guys ! Highly recommended.

What a great experience from Mr. Floor. We highly recommend Mr. Floor for your flooring needs. Everything from the day of meeting, choosing our floor and the install went smoothly. Sam (the owner) was helpful, friendly and took the time to the different products. The installer Sam was fantastic and professional. He went above and beyond treating our home like his own. Thank you Mr.Floor.

This is a great store for flooring (tile, vinyl, laminate, hardwood and engineering hardwood) trims and much more. Often lower prices than the big box store with better styles, unique pieces, and excellent customer service. I recommend visiting before you visit any other store.

Had an excellent experience. The owner went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. This is my second visit making a large purchase and I am very pleased with the whole process. I would highly recommend this place.!!!

The floor store installed beautiful LVP flooring in our main living space. After taking samples from most floor stores in Windsor and Leamington area, the selection at the floor store had what we were looking for. Our renovation dragged on about 6 months longer than expected. Mike was incredibly patient with us and understanding of the circumstance. His communication and professionalism made all the difference. The installers also did a professional job and treated our house like their own.

Great advice and patience with me from the staff. Very informative on options and pros and cons of each product type. Lots of selection and good price options. Very knowledgable and accommodating. Service you won't find in the big box stores. Will be back for the next project!

The two workers from the Floor Store showed up promptly. They got to work quickly. They did an excellent job. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I was very satisfied with my experience. Thank you.
