I had an issue with my oven and had a Maple Leaf technician come in to repair it. After looking into it he told me it wouldn’t be worth it to fix it because of the cost. He was honest and told me I’m better off getting a new stove instead of spending that much on a fix. I appreciated his honesty cause I’m sure other places would have tried to get me into spending that large amount on the fix. He even suggested some brands I can rely on and what questions to ask. I recommend this company for your next appliance repair.

The technician was awesome very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he was fixing it. Sasha was very professional and honest when inspecting my leaking washing machine. He explained that the machine was old and had multiple issues, and although he could have repaired it, he was honest about the high likelihood of recurring problems and advised that replacing the machine would be a more practical long-term solution. I greatly appreciated his integrity and straightforward advice, as he clearly prioritized my best interests over profit and I would recommend him without hesitation.

The technician, Oleg, arrived right on time and was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He quickly found the issue with our gas stove and explained that a part needs to be ordered. I really appreciate the prompt service so far and hope the part arrives soon so we can have the repair completed. Looking forward to having everything working again soon! * parts ordered in timely manner, Oleg called before arriving and was able to fix my gas stove. The whole process was smooth and easy.
