3 Best Roofing Contractors in Maple Ridge, BC

I can’t say enough great things about Excel Roofing. From the very first interaction, their responsiveness has been outstanding. Anytime I send a text or email, I get a reply quickly — which is huge in this industry. Communication is everything, and Thedy is always available to answer questions, whether it’s from me or directly from my clients. That level of accessibility gives everyone peace of mind.

What really sets them apart is the care they take on-site. One of my clients specifically mentioned how impressed they were that the team took extra time to carefully cover their flower garden and lawn before starting the work. It’s those small but thoughtful details that show true professionalism and respect for someone’s home.

Beyond the quality workmanship, the team consistently brings a positive, upbeat attitude to every project. They show up on time, work efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized job site. It makes the entire process smooth and stress-free for my clients.

I normally do not do many reviews but felt this one was well deserved. Spartan roofing just replaced the shingles on our roof this past week. What a great team! It was a pleasure to have Michael’s crew here doing the work for us. They were very efficient , polite, and , professional. At the end of each day they walked around the house as well as checking the neighbours property for any debris. We had watched Spartan do a couple of roofs in the neighborhood and we were very impressed. The finished project is fantastic. I would highly recommend Spartan for any of your roofing needs. Thanks again Michael , and thanks to your well trained team.

Having never had my roof done before I had lots of questions, Michael was clear and made it simple for me but also gave me confidence I was getting a quality product. His team showed up and got the job done really fast. They did a really nice job, I'm no expert, but the quality of the work looks fantastic. In addition to the shingles he was able to do the fascia and the gutters for me making it also more convenient than the competing quotes.

If you are looking to have your roof replaced look no further. We had Michael and his crew replace our roof in June. They are very professional and competitively priced. Crews showed up on time and respected our property. Landscaping was protected and our property was cleaned and swept for nails with a magnet daily. Don’t hesitate to contract to this company. You won’t be disappointed.
