Excellent service. Tek Climate is a total pro. Chris was prompt, explained the problem in a way we could understand, fixed the problem and kept us informed of costs. Time estimates are accurate and keeps you well informed every step of the way. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Chris even came well at weekend to solve the problem with our air conditioner, it was a hot day and we had guests. Thank you Chris! We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Must say, from the quote to installation all I got was great and professional service. John didn`t try to upsell me, he listen took measurements and gave me a quote. Dustin was schedule for 9am and came 10 minutes before, I never had an installer coming on time needless to say 10 min before. John came and help him and before I know they are guiding me on how to use the system. Highly recommending!!! THANK YOU!!

Excellent company. Highly recommended. From the first call you get to speak with a person at the company, not a call center. They follow up with a text confirming your appointment time and another text confirming that they are on the way. Brad attended at our house for the scheduled inspection promptly. We discussed the equipment to be inspected and he recommended he return at a warmer part of the day to properly gauge the York heat pump efficiency. There was no charge for the first appointment. He returned the next afternoon. Our furnace is in an awkward spot under our house in the crawl space and he still squished in and performed the inspection of our furnace and UV filtration unit as well as our heat pump . Brad was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, personable and explained the state of our equipment in an easy to understand manner. I could say more but this review is getting long so I will conclude with this: this company is local, excellent to deal with and have very reasonable prices.

Heritage Mountain is the only company I would trust my house and my families comfort with. We enrolled in their CAMP program 2 years ago and it was the best decision we made.
