This was a great experience. Best customer service i have received in a long while. He saw me on short notice. He was professional and patient with a mechanical procedure on my laptop. He also was not satisfied himself unless everything was perfectly in place. I strongly recommend this company and would not go anywhere else. he takes pride and pleasure in the work he performs and genuinely likes everyone who came in.

My laptop shut down from malware while visiting Maple Ridge. I was fortunate to call 2Tech Comping and Mike Shurman after a google search. My first impression never changed: this guy is honest, friendly in a personal way, and he knows his stuff. The laptop came back fixed, faster, and improved. I can't tell you what a relief it was when a friend recommended Don to help me with my computer - and he completely re-worked ALL of my devices. The real cool part is that I am in Nashville, TN and he is in Vancouver, BC so this was all done remotely. Truly impressive. Don is incredibly patient which completely calmed my frustration and anxiety that come with "computer issues". And unlike other "techies" that I have dealt with, Don isn't trying to figure it out on my watch.
