MR. FIX COMPUTERS & CELLPHONES REVIEWS

Upon experiencing exceptional service from a reputable business, I promptly document my positive experience by submitting a review. This review serves to highlight the commendable practices of the establishment and inform potential customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this business and encourage patronage.

Friendly, quick and knowledgeable. My understanding of technology is limited and I felt respected and not talked down too. Will be going again if further issues with other equipment comes up.

Great service, quick to get the job done and the price is cheaper than most. I recommend Mr Fix for your broken phone or laptop.

2TECH COMPUTING INC. REVIEWS

Michael is amazing! I am a DIY with my tech, but with time constraints because of work and family I've entrusted my PC and laptop to be serviced by Michael. He exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy with his work. His communication throughout the whole process is great and made me feel comfortable. His commitment and passion for what he does is so evident when you talk and meet with him. Highly recommended if ever you need anything done right with your computer. Thanks again Michael.

This was a great experience. Best customer service i have received in a long while. He saw me on short notice. He was professional and patient with a mechanical procedure on my laptop. He also was not satisfied himself unless everything was perfectly in place. I strongly recommend this company and would not go anywhere else. he takes pride and pleasure in the work he performs and genuinely likes everyone who came in.

Have been looking for a good computer Tech in Chilliwack for a long time.......Don't think I need to look further then Yong's Computer Repair and Service.........He just finished working on two of my computers and both running like new.......TX Rob Neale ..

My laptop shut down from malware while visiting Maple Ridge. I was fortunate to call 2Tech Comping and Mike Shurman after a google search. My first impression never changed: this guy is honest, friendly in a personal way, and he knows his stuff. The laptop came back fixed, faster, and improved. He suggested replacing the aging hard drive with a solid state drive. This made sense. As promised, the labour cost did not increase, even though even though it was clear he had gone the extra mile. I am more than pleased and greatly relieved. - David S. Reply

I can’t say enough about Mike. I had a printer and digital photo frame that I didn’t know how to set up. Mike came when he said he would and got everything up and running for me. I will definitely be calling Mike when things come up in the future. - Lynne J. Reply

HELP-MY-TECH REVIEWS

I can't tell you what a relief it was when a friend recommended Don to help me with my computer - and he completely re-worked ALL of my devices. The real cool part is that I am in Nashville, TN and he is in Vancouver, BC so this was all done remotely. Truly impressive. Don is incredibly patient which completely calmed my frustration and anxiety that come with "computer issues". And unlike other "techies" that I have dealt with, Don isn't trying to figure it out on my watch. He knows his stuff and takes the direct route to fix and restore all the glitches that seemed impossible to fix. What a great find to have Don as my go-to geek!! Thanks Don.

I highly recommend Don, for so many reasons. He not only can help with trouble-shooting and IT services, but he is knowledgeable in everything tech-related.

Don is truly top notch in all he does and there is nothing that he cant help you with in his field of expertise.thank you Don.
