We had a clothes dryer that was starting to squeak. We called Sky Appliance because they were recommended by a friend. He took the dryer apart and explained to us a couple of things that needed to be done. The clothes dryer now works great without the squeaking. We were very happy with the service and the price was reasonable and will definitely call Sky Appliance again.

The latex backing on a couple of rugs I washed disintegrated and plugged my washer so the water couldn't drain. The technician was on time, he was pleasant, and was knowledgeable because he knew exactly where the blockages would be and went straight there to clean them out. He did a diagnostic to make sure it was working before he left and my washer has been working perfectly since. I couldn't get over the reasonable price. Called Alex this morning and he answered right away. Explained the issues with our fridge and he said he would be here between 3 and 5pm. Shortly after 3pm he texted that he was on his way. He was able to repair our older fridge and get us chilled out again. Alex did a wonderful job and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and highly recommend him and his work.

When our fridge died suddenly, Alex came late on a Thursday to diagnose it, and returned on Monday to finish the job. He was friendly, professional and his price was very fair. We would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Long story short - we did not need the expensive part he had ordered for us, and was honest to tell us so and the fix was much cheaper than first thought.
