Our pump out stopped working early in the morning last week and my husband could not get it going again. He phoned Larry, who was about to start a very busy day. Larry graciously told my husband what to look for and what to do. He even looked at photos my husband sent him and helped him fix the problem over the phone, which was a huge relief as we were supposed to go out of town the next day. Larry did not charge us anything for his help, only asking that we call him again when we need some service, which we will definitly do. Thanks again Larry, much appreciated.

Excellent company to deal with. Always answer the phone, friendly. Also very helpfull, knowledgeable about Septic. Always willing and able to answer any questions we have had. Will be dealing with Econo Septic in the future.

Edited 9 months ago Cleaned and inspect my father's septic tank, and I was extremely impressed with their service. The technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The work was completed efficiently and thoroughly. My septic tank is now clean and functioning properly. I would highly recommend [Company Name] to anyone in need of septic tank services. Larry and Tim were great to deal with. Thank you for the great job!

I like the fact they work with you and do not just do the job for money. For example, I had a septic system emergency when it was minus 30C. Larry diagnosed the issue over the phone and did not charge me for that. He walked me through the solution. It helped him because they were so busy, and it helped me since I was able to "make do" until later. When they did come to install a more permanent solution, their prices were very reasonable.

Larry and his team have went above and beyond when installing our new septic system. Not only did Larry clearly explain what was being done from start to finish he answered any and all questions promptly regarding maintenance and general septic know how. He is super friendly and truly knows his stuff and is just a great person to talk to. Their team was quick and efficient and I will recommend them to anyone in need of septic services. Larry himself came out the same day we called about a tank alarm going off and had it fixed in an hour and had solutions to remedy the issue moving forward. Excellent customer service all around.
