Nicholas is awesome. He's positive on his work and always leave with a beautiful and clean work site. I got a tricky backyard door that needs some special attentions for opening and closing, I have had other garden works come and do a good job but leave my backyard open when they left. Well Nicholas is not one of them. He always come in smooth as it's his own yard door and leave with the door closed and look like it's never been opened. I really appreciate small details like these.

Tyson came to the door and introduced himself and the services he was going to undertake. He provided a swag bag that included info on a lucrative referral program. Tyson was suited up with appropriate attire, completed the applications and then followed up with a personal text on his observations about our yard including what was going well and a few tips on how/what to improve on. We can attest to the effectiveness of the weed control and grass fertilizer as well as being dog and kid friendly. These guys are getting it right - their doubled down efforts to understand their customers over the last couple years reflects on how they are differentiating themselves. Highly recommend.

So far so great! I had had a few quotes done with different companies and Yard Dawgs was the quickest to respond both to my request for a quote as well as all of my follow up questions. Tyson came for the first visit today and I could tell he did a very thorough job! He offered some great feedback to bring our yard to the level we want it to be at as well as some suggestions for different weed control options based on our varied landscape. I had seen an ad for yard dawgs and thought I’d give it a shot. And I was pleasantly pleased with every contact I’ve had with them. The guy on the initial inquiry call I made was polite, knowledgeable and full of energy. Even though I wasn’t ready to commit, he sent me a follow up text reviewing the information he gave me over the phone. When I decided to go ahead, they scheduled a service within days. I had concerns and called them and they were very informative and put my mind to ease. I can’t speak for the results of my lawn yet as I just had the treatment done. But I will say the customer service is exceptional.
