It was in late April 2024 when our furnace had quit and because of its age we needed to replace it. I got three quotes and I’m happy to say I chose the furnace guys as they had great warranty with the furnace, which gave me peace of mind, knowing that if something should happen, they will stand behind it. The installation went smoothly and any questions I had they were willing to take the time to explain. I also inquired about their air conditioner in which we’ve never had one and because of the service and the great price that I got one from them as well. After the installation, the areas were clean there was nothing that I had to clean up after them. The next day, I took them donuts and muffins to show my thanks. To the ladies in the office who helped set up to the appointment with me to the installers of my furnace/air conditioner thank you for your customer service!!!

Installed a new residential a/c unit for us. Service from both sales and technicians was superb. They came back this season for maintenance (and to correct a “squeak”) and were again very good to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable all around. Update 06/08/2024: Had a technician (Darrin) arrive today to help diagnose and correct a newly developing “squeak” coming from our ac unit. Darrin was able to diagnose and correct within minutes. Great service all around. Thanks again!

I just had Dustin here to do a maintenance on air conditioner. He was so awesome and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. They also did my maintenance on furnace a year ago and was very good and professional at it. High recommend 5 star….

Overall very good service, both after hours and during regular hours. Managed to schedule me in promptly to have my furnace replaced. The technicians mislabeled the zones on the thermostat, however overall very happy with the install. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I had to get Efficiency to come check my furnace last week due a CO issue that required getting my furnace replaced. From the moment we called them they were here within 15 min and were very thorough in checking everything out before agreeing it was the furnace that would need to be replaced after showing me what the indications were. When it came to deciding which furnace to get the employee walked through each one going through their features and which one he felt would meet our needs. The very next day they were here to replace the furnace and were so efficient. They made sure to protect my floors and worked the entire day to get us back some heat. When done they gave me a tour of what they had all done and walked through the features in detail.
