Houle's checked all of the boxes when it came to the service industry: Timely/effective communication (request for quote was answered quickly, ownership followed up after they sent the quote to clarify request, staff followed up with me to confirm appointment the day prior to installation). - Very reasonable prices for parts and installation (based on my research on the cost of the parts in question). - Quick turnaround time between my initial request for quote and final invoicing (less than two weeks). - Appliance service staff was on-time, friendly, and completed the work efficiently. I would 100% recommend this company to others in need of appliance service and will likely request their services again if needed!

They came in and fixed our stove. They didn't charge a fortune. Was honest about our stove being a older model. Thank you
