Picked up my MacBook this afternoon, after having spilled something on it. I was told upfront that there was a bit of line-up already (the week before back-to-school) and was given a very thorough breakdown of my options and what I would be charged in each scenario. When they got to my laptop, they made quick work of it and did exactly what I was told they would do in the best case scenario. I'm SO happy with RepairTech Rx; I'll definitely use them again. They also helped me move videography footage from my old laptop that stopped working into a new one that they helped me pick out. Had to bring in my gaming PC to get diagnosed and repaired. It’s a custom build and I was very pleased with how knowledgeable and efficient Jason and his colleague were. They figured out what was wrong with the PC rather quickly, and rebuilt it for me. They also went above and tweaked little things while they were in there. It’s better now than before I even had issues. Extremely helpful, kind and over all great experience. I highly recommend them - no need to choose between expertise and personable service.

Had a hell of a time finding a expert to build my gaming PC. Best Buy stopped their program, north I.T. was a scam & stole my money, wizard computer solutions is run by a greedy arrogant jerk. The guy at DBS was super nice & super helpful. he was able to build a pc that exceeded my expectations while staying in budget. cant recommend them enough.
