Extremely impressed by not only the workmanship but the customer service received by Greater Sudbury Plumbing and Heating. It's not often we have contractors who come in that take the extra time to answer our questions/educate us on the work being performed to manage our expectations. As a women-owned business, we've had some contractors try to take advantage, and Ryan was incredibly respectful, transparent, quick, clean, efficient and like I said, the education piece to help us understand the fix and what to look out for was exceptionally valuable and appreciated. It's apparent that Anthony Davis (owner) prioritizes customer experience and his team is as kind and professional as they are knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend.

Had an Emergency call for a backed up basement drain pipe. Tucker was the Associate and from the moment the call was placed to GSP, he provided assessment, eta and prompt accurate solution when he arrived. Glad he removed the roots and clog to have the home draining clearly again. Definitely would recommend GSP for service.

Outstanding customer service! They responded immediately and provided an ETA for service. The service person arrived earlier than projected and was professional, friendly and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend for any plumbing issue.
