RELIANCE HOME COMFORT REVIEWS

Our experience with Reliance were excellent from the time Jessy came into our home to discuss about options for AC and Heating Furnace until the units were installed and was up and running by Dan and Julian. They all thoroughly explained to us the services we are getting from Reliance, how are we going to operate and control the thermostat and what to do in case of malfunction. They came and leave our home just as clean. We are very pleased with the service provided by the team, in just 3 working days, Advisor came Friday and units were installed and running Tuesday. Now, we are enjoying the comfort of the Air Conditioning system that was just installed! No more sweaty and sleepless nights for my very young children. Francis was prompt, and arrived well before the anticipated time booked. He began diagnosing the problem with our A/C immediately. Listened to my description of what had occurred. I had a new air conditioner and furnace put in. Miles and Patrick installed tham..l could not ask for two better installers, Patrick and Miles were very respectful, friendly, answered and explained what l asked and needed to know, also left the place thay worked in very clean and took the all the old away..Thank you Patrick and Miles for such a good job. If l need anything else l will be calling on you.. very satisfied. Sheryl

Zac and Mitul are an efficient team. Overall issue was promptly diagnosed and serviced promptly ( parts), within less than 24 hours. Both were skilled/ accurate, friendly, professional, and informative with regards to servicing and maintenance of the (ac) unit. Thank you.

Excellent and professional service from Nathan and Phil when installing our hot water tank and furnace. Just needed a quick follow-up a couple of days later. Zac attended and yet again, received very prompt and courteous service.

CAMPEAU HEATING REVIEWS

Derrick seemed to have resolved heat pump issue with the help of Amanda rep and Derricks manager and we have come up with a plan to relocate the pump…relief to finally get the ball rolling on this …lesson learned as to where and who you purchase your heating and cooling devices…also Derrick gave a heads up on a code violation from the furnace installation years ago and that is being addressed now…looking forward to having this nightmare resolved and being able to enjoy my backyard without anymore issues…just wait fo the wiring resolve and the relocation of the heat pump from your staff!

I was experiencing a most frustrating intermittent problem with my fire place . I had two very competent technicians help me from Campeau heating and they were able to identify and fix my problem. The technicians Jibin and Sahib did an excellent job and I’m very appreciative for the work they accomplished. My fire place now works as it should and I highly recommend Campeau heating.

5 stars! Campeau Heating made the process of capping my gas line and removing my old gas fireplace so easy. The technicians were professional and efficient. I was especially happy that the final bill was actually less than the initial quote because of their honesty. Highly recommend!
