Today i had a wonderful gentlemen come and fix my burner as it was smoking I was scared as hick I was going to have a fire well Austin arrived told him what happened he looked at the wires and the thing that holds them well Austin explains to me everything and all my guestions very nice man knew what he was doing best service iv had in a long time good luck in your future Austin Thank you so very much your took yr time and helped me understand what the problem was. Bill’s receptionist/fridge fixer helped diagnose and then walked me through fixing my blocked drain to my freezer(over the phone). Saved me weeks of waiting for a repairman and hundreds of dollars. She’s the best!!!!!
