I purchased a dryer from them. I was very happy with their service. They had no problems communicating with my tenants (which most service companies do). You can tell they’re busy but always followed up through the process. They delivered the service they promised at a great price, my tenant is happy; what more can you ask for.

Was referred to Bills by an appliance retailer for parts for an older fridge. They found all 3 parts for me in-store at less than 1/2 price of the new parts had I originally ordered then. Proves that a Mom & Pop operation is much more effective than these big box stores/parts suppliers. Austin was nice to chat & deal with. Thx again and will return!

I called and Tony advised he would be at my home within 2 hrs, he was. My oven door would not open after I used self cleaning, He corrected the problem quickly. His customer service was excellent and his price very reasonable, I will definitely use him in the future should I encounter any additional problems.

Tony provided very friendly, professional and honest service. He was here in ten minutes. I would highly recommend his services.
