They’re all so helpful! Came in with iPhone 12 Pro. My screen was pitch black almost as if it was locked. It still worked but I could not make the brightness go up what so ever. I wasn’t able to find anything on my phone that’s how low the brightness was. The gentleman at the front desk was so positive and nice! Told me to come back in 45 minutes. Unfortunately the screen wasn’t the issue and they had to dive deeper to figure out the problem. Initially said it would take a couple days to figure out. I was ready to purchase a phone from them when they told me that. The team went in the back and tried something else to fix the phone and within minutes came out and said it’s fixed! All with smiles on their face. Charged me 150 when Apple was telling me it could be between 300-800. They even knew Apple was going to charge me that much and could have charged me around the same price but they didn’t. They were honest, helpful, and kind! 100% recommend. I would have still left a kind review even if they weren’t able to fix it because of how kind they all were.
My phone turned purple and I was told to go too this business for a replacement phone and was given excellent service. Very polite, explained the difference between the phones he showed me .I have a new cell and they transferred everything to my new phone. Very satisfied, will definitely send business their way.

I had a very good experience, brought my phone in with them saying we may have to order the screen as they may not have had any in stock. No more then 3 or 4 days later I got a call that my phone was fixed and it looks like nothing ever happend to it' my phone looks as good and if not better then how I got it when i first got my phone. I definitely recommend these guys if you need your phone fixed, very nice people and great work.
