Great service overall! Quick availability with specified time slots, easy to book online, and I loved the 30-minute heads up call so you know exactly when they will arrive. The free no-pressure estimate is a great bonus. A lot of small courtesies I really appreciated: they were friendly, asked if they should remove their shoes before coming in the house, noticed that I had pets and doubled checked with me that they were secure so they wouldn't accidentally escape, and asked if I was happy with the service before payment (did they miss anything, was anything damaged or out of place, etc.). Payment was easy, they have a machine for debit/credit and also accept cash, I believe they said cheques too. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. The team were prompt, professional...and at times also entertaining. They were quick with the removal and the cost was really fair. Absolutely am happy to recommend them and certainly will be using services again in the future.

The two gentlemen were both curtious and professional and also very accommodating. The services was on time and extremely quick and thorough. Would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you once again!

Used their services for junk removal of some items from my place as I’m moving. Mike is a great guy and was extremely prompt, quick, and reasonable, and made everything stress-free. Was charged exactly the quoted amount and they were accommodating to my requests, not to mention extremely friendly! If I did it myself, it’d have probably cost me the same and would have taken triple the time. Would recommend and would use them again very soon. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

These guys are more than amazing! Super professional, very polite and personable! Unbelievably fast! Protected every piece of furniture. Super careful with the walls and floors. The price was right too! I can't say enough good things about these guys. If I ever have to move again or need to get rid of junk I will definitely be calling on these guys. I would highly recommend this company! If I could give more than five stars I would! Great job guys! Keep up the good work! Such a pleasure working with you guys! I would highly recommend this company.

Mike and his crew were amazing! Worked with me with the short timeline I had. They were quick, very hardworking and reasonably priced. All Things Junk was the perfect solution to what my fiance and I called "purge week". They dropped off the bin on time and because of the all inclusive pricing there was no worry about going over weight when filling it. The driver was polite and dropped the bin exactly where I wanted it. Excellent service and I highly recommend it to anyone conducting their own "purge".

Great guys ~ efficient, friendly and they took great care of my mom's belongings. It's hard when a parent passes and you are cleaning out their belongings but I found them to be very respectful of the items regardless of their condition. Thank you.

All Things Junk Inc was amazing to deal with. Great service and on time. Will definitely be using them for the bin rental for our basement reno.
