We had both our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Absolute with Lennox Merit series. Both technicians Rick & Dustan did a great job - they were very respectful and kept us informed through the process - they were in and out in one day. We have had zero issues, and Absolute gave us the best price of the three local companies we requested quotes from. Would totally use Absolute again. Thanks to Wally and the team for the quick responses to all our questions.

They explain everything and answer all questions. I liked how, ahead of time, they sent a photo of Anthony, the technician that was sent to the house with his full name and a short little bio. He was professional and provided great service. I’m happy that I chose this company to service our air conditioner and furnace.

Their sales department was amazing to deal with Peter came out and was very pleasant and explained everything to me. Jason went over everything with my old furnace and air conditioner, showing me the issues. And Scott and Quinn came out removed my old system and put in my new air conditioner and furnace. They were very friendly, Polite and did a great installation. They also took the time with the new thermostat and helped me download the app and showed me how to use it. Then did a walk-through with the new furnace and air conditioner, Explaining also the new filter and the service that will be provided in the future with my new system by Bryant. They cleaned everything perfectly. Scott and Quinn did a great job!! Very happy with my service from Bryant!!

Recently we had our hot water tank replaced. The salesman from Bryant, Mike, was courteous, knowledgable, and very helpful through the process. The installers, Scott and Quinn, were polite, punctual, pleasant, took great care of our home during the install, fast, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Top marks for the entire organization. Bryant is the only firm we have used for all of our HVAC and related needs for years and years.

The technician from Bryant gave me a call ahead with a time for arrival and was there when he said. He did a complete inspection of our cooling system and did a very detailed explanation of the service. Polite, friendly and very neat. Great service.
