I contacted them for an issue with my fridge no longer cooling. I was able to get a same day appointment. The initial technician who came was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not have the part needed on hand, but he was able to quickly communicate with other technicians who work with the company, and a second technician (also very friendly and knowledgeable) came about an hour later to finish the work. I was overall very pleased with their responsiveness and efficiency. And my fridge now works great again.

I had an issue with my oven.. they were fast. They came within 24 hours, assessed the problem, ordered the piece, and 1 week later they installed it .. they are upfront about the cost so no surprises.. friendly, courteous. Would use them again

My initial contact with the call centre was courteous and customer service oriented. Both technicians that came respected the time specified, were polite and efficient. So far, so good with the repair of the valve of my dishwasher. Would definitely contact them again if required.
