ABBOTSFORD HEARING CLINIC REVIEWS

I am a new patient to Abbotsford Hearing Clinic. I came upon them in a search for a better price for my new hearing aids. I have had hearing loss for 11 years and my old hearing aids had ran their course. I needed something better for my new job however the quote I was given from my clinic at the time was too far out of my budget. I called around and found Michelle. She made my whole prosses so easy, she was kind and helpful over the phone. She quoted me a much better price. I'm not talking a couple hundred dollars, this was thousands cheaper! She accommodated my crazy schedule and got me in quickly. The whole process with Dr Loewen and with Michelle has been amazing! The best part of the entire process is they were able to get me pink hearing aids! Pink being my favorite color. I have been recommending Abbotsford hearing clinic to everyone, not only because of the money I saved and the pink hearing aids but because the staff is so kind and helpful. Thank you Michelle for all your kindness and understanding, and Paul for being such a kind and patient DR.

I have been going to AHC for years, even before the current owners and it continues to be very beneficial for my significant hearing challenges. I encourage all hearing impaired people to visit AHC. They have a very high level of professionalism and are a very courteous team that will guide you through to the land of the able-bodied hearing people! Just never give up! AHC is the place for all your hearing aids and for any questions you may have! Thanks AHC.

I first went to AHC 4.5 years ago for my first pair of hearing aids, they have been awesome since day one. They answered all my questions, taught me how to use and care for my hearing aids, cleaned them a few times along the way for no charge. I just bought my second pair and they suggested a different paid based on my feedback on the first pair, and they are even better. I drive 200kms to use AHC and it's well worth the drive.

HEARINGLIFE ABBOTSFORD GARDEN PARK TOWER REVIEWS

I had a great experience at the hearing clinic. The staff were very professional and friendly. They carefully checked my ears and even showed me the inside using a camera, which was reassuring. They explained everything clearly and confirmed that everything looked good. I appreciated how thorough and informative the visit was. Highly recommend if you want your hearing or ears checked.

This was a great experience , the tech was very knowledgeable and thourgh with the exam . I left feeling I receaved good feed back with a couple of good options.

BELTONE HEARING CENTRE REVIEWS

Hi all. I often depend on reviews to find either good products, or good doctors, mechanics, etc. So when I find a "good one," I like to make sure that I leave a review to make sure other people know, and to help support a business that really deserves it. Beltone hearing has always been professional and supportive in my hearing journey. They contact my doctor for questions that I could not answer, as well as listen to questions that I have. They told me the options on each model of hearing aids, benefits and draw backs. This is a business, that not only sells a product, but they want to make sure that they sell you the right product that will most benefit your situation. I really appreciate the team at Beltone hearing and have no complaints about their perfessional attitude and will definately go back there for any help i need on my journey to get the best hearing products for me. Thank you.

Scott is awesome. I purchased my hearing aids from Beltone. We had a small glitch with app that wasn’t able to be rectified. During the whole process, Scott stayed on top of the issue, followed up with me regularly with updates while Beltone worked to solve the issue. At the end of the day, Scott and Beltone replaced my hearing aids with the latest product, which also solved the app glitch. It was such a pleasant experience to have a business do what they say they’re going to do, communicate effectively through the process and ultimately solve the issue. Great job Scott!!! Five stars all day long.

Once again a great visit to have my hearing aids checked. Scott listened to what I had to say and decided the best course of action was to send them into Beltone for a thorough inspection and maintenance. Oh and I got a loaner set while mine are away.
