Mark Robertson recently outfitted me with a new set of Oticon hearing aids including a TV connector and a remote mic too. The aids and accessories are easily controlled and adjusted by means of the Oticon Companion app on my iPhone. Utterly amazing impact on my life! I can now hear so much better in a wide range of environments. Life changing as my hearing is significantly enhanced. Wow.

My whole experience has been outstanding. The testing process was simple, and the doctor easily explained everything to me. I really enjoyed how they took their time to find the right match of hearing aid for the loss of my hearing. Everyone here made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend to anyone that requires hearing aids to come here.

Beltone hearing has always been professional and supportive in my hearing journey. They contact my doctor for questions that I could not answer, as well as listen to questions that I have. They told me the options on each model of hearing aids, benefits and draw backs. This is a business, that not only sells a product, but they want to make sure that they sell you the right product that will most benefit your situation. I really appreciate the team at Beltone hearing and have no complaints about their perfessional attitude and will definately go back there for any help i need on my journey to get the best hearing products for me. Scott is awesome. I purchased my hearing aids from Beltone. We had a small glitch with app that wasn’t able to be rectified. During the whole process, Scott stayed on top of the issue, followed up with me regularly with updates while Beltone worked to solve the issue. At the end of the day, Scott and Beltone replaced my hearing aids with the latest product, which also solved the app glitch. It was such a pleasant experience to have a business do what they say they’re going to do, communicate effectively through the process and ultimately solve the issue. Great job Scott!!! Once again a great visit to have my hearing aids checked. Scott listened to what I had to say and decided the best course of action was to send them into Beltone for a thorough inspection and maintenance. Oh and I got a loaner set while mine are away.
