Best pharmacy ever, the pharmacists are all kind and patient and look after my family very well. From prescriptions to vaccinations. They kindly set up Telemedicine appointments for repeat prescriptions as my husband has no family doctor. They even made up my cats meds for us, I feel grateful to have such great care in our community.

I visited this pharmacy yesterday for the first time and was very impressed with the outstanding care and service I received. My request was complex but Rafik took the time to listen and to problem solve which I greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service is a rare thing nowadays but you will find it here.

Rafik stayed late to get an emergency prescription to me. He was so informative and helpful. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

I’ve had the best pharmacy experience at Montrose Pharmacy in Abbotsford. The team is genuinely helpful and always explains everything very clearly. They make sure you understand your medication and even remind you ahead of time when you’ll need a new prescription, which I really appreciate. A special thank you to the man, I don't know his name but looks like he manages the pharmacy and he is usually at the main cash counter. He takes his time to explain things properly and makes you feel like he truly cares about his regular customers. You don’t feel rushed or ignored. You feel looked after. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. You all deserve more than five stars. Thank you for always taking care of your patients so well.

I am very grateful that I found this gem of a pharmacy for myself and my family. It is exceptional - clearly deserving all of their 5 stars from everyone they have helped. The pharmacist was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Montrose Pharmacy.

I've been dealing with McCallum Pharmacy for about a year and a half. I hate it when life happens and the decision makers say you have to go elsewhere. That elsewhere was Midtown Pharmacy and they not only could not get their act together but we're unable to fill my prescriptions when I needed them. Thankfully McCallum Pharmacy went above and beyond to ensure that my meds continued and my health and Pain Management was adhere to according to doctors orders. Thank you to the folks at McCallum Pharmacy for going above and beyond to ensure my longevity is secured.

Staff was super nice (I think her name was Trish) She was so kind on the phone, they got my prescription right away and I was greeted with smiles and she made me laugh which brightened my day. I don’t go to pharmacies to be honest much but this one made a great impression and I’ll go back if I need anything in the future :).

Everyone here is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and can find things my vet doesn't even look for! (Yes I come here for my dog). Highly recommend.
